What are the salon hours?

What are your cancellations and no show policies?
- If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give more than 24 hours notice using your appointment confirmation email. Your deposit paid will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
- If you want to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, please contact Kelsey on 0424 229 693 and she will attempt to reschedule for a later time or date. If the appointment cannot be filled your deposit will be lost & you will be required to pay the full appointment amout at your next appointment.
- If you fail to reschedule, or contact Kelsey with more than 4 hours notice of your appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable and the full appointment amount will be required to be paid before you book your next appointment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment time will be cancelled. Your deposit will be lost and the full appointment amount will be owed before you are allowed to book again.
- All cancellations or rescheduling must be done through SMS on 0424 229 693. Direct messages on instagram and emails are not monitored during business hours.
- It is advised to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment to find a car park & fill in the client consultation form
- If you attend your appointment with eyelash extensions from another salon on, you will need to book a removal before your appointment, failure to do so will result in the Full Set appointment being resheduled
Does your salon have parking?
Yes! KK Beauty & Co is based inside The Wardrobe Dress Hire at 17 Bald Hills Road, Bald Hills. There is plenty of street parking available and the shop is only a short 350m walk from the Bald Hills train station.
Are your lashes & products vegan?
Yes they sure are! KK Beauty & Co makes sure all the products we use are vegan, not tested on animals and ethically sourced.
